Q. WHY SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY MASSAGE TODAY?
A.
The impact of the pressure, manipulation, stretching, and motion central to body-work therapies, like Shiatsu, affect physiological changes in the body that promote healing and restoration.
IMPROVED CIRCULATION: Tension in muscles impairs the flow of blood (transport of nutrients and energy to, and wastes from, tissues) and lymph (central to the functioning of the immune system), both of which are necessary for body maintenance, repair, and defense against disease or infection.
RELEASE OF TENSION: Absence of complete recovery from psychological or emotional trauma manifests in the body as tension in muscle that not only impairs circulation, but can also affect the skeletal structure of the body sufficiently to impair function and mobility; flexibility, range of motion, and the proper tracking of joints are adversely affected.
RELEASE OF TOXINS FROM MUSCLES: Consequence of tension/trauma in muscles is that toxins and waste products of metabolism cannot be effecitntly cleared by blood and lymph massage facilitates the release of these toxins.
Massage is also an effective way to increase the body's receptivity to Chiropractic alignment. Used before an adjustment to warm and soften tight muslces, and afterward, to encourage the body to accept and retain the treatment.

A. Yes it is, I require it and the state of Texas requires it. We keep the massage session in a clinical and professional manner at all times, so there are no exceptions.

Q. WILL I FEEL SORE AFTER MY MASSAGE?
A.
It is normal to feel a little sore and light headed after your massage. The following is our recommendation
Massage Therapy and water, because massage is so effective in pushing out toxins, it is recommended that you drink at least a gallon of water after your massage. A.Shiatsu improves muscular nutrition by stimulating circulation and muscular contraction. It can make your muscles limber, amplify muscular strength and endurance, relieve muscular pain.
Q. MY FEET FEEL TIRED, HEAVY AND SORE.
A.
Foot Reflexology is recommended it can improve circulation and stimulate the extensive nerve endings in your feet. My clients have said after the treatment they feel light on their feet and feel so relaxed it felt like they received a full body treatment.
Q. I SUFFER FROM MIGRANE HEADACHES.
A. I recommend a Headache/Allergy Relief or

A. You may qualify for discounted prices please call 469-774-9182
You may qualify for reimbursement by your insurance company if your physician determines massage therapy a medical necessity and prescribes this treatment is best suited for you with a written prescription, please verify with your insurance company first.

Remember, to be reimbursed by your insurance company, your condition must be deemed medically necessary. For a case to be medically necessary, it must first be diagnosed as such by a licensed physician. You must have a prescription from the physician that states the diagnosis and gives you the order to perform the massage therapy-related services, the frequency and duration.

Q. IS "tipping" THE THERAPIST EXPECTED?
A.
While any gratuity is always at the discretion of the client, it is customary and welcomed by your massage therapist. The fee you pay for your massage to the therapist or cashier belongs strictly to the business. While tipping is not required, it is most welcome and goes directly to your massage therapist. It does not matter if the therapist is the owner, partner or employee of the massage business. Tipping the person who gave you your massage is a nice gesture if he/she has given you a good massage. If you do decide to give your therapist a tip, the amount to give is entirely up to you. The average tip is 10-15% of the charge for the particular service the therapist performed.
